Strengthen Your Knees: Try Fitness Stride just once. Place leg straps on your ankles, connect 1 or 2 power bands, do leg extensions slowly. Remove power bands and feel the difference.

 

 

 

 

Advance: Lay on the floor, don't use your hand while doing leg extensions. This move is serious. Unstrap power bands, repeat the movement, feel how good this feels.
