The Fitness Stride PRO has a choice of 8 power bands
that allows for the option of one or two bands to be
worn in the front and/or back of legs.

Q - Will the Fitness Stride cause me to fall?

A - NO. People fall down without the use of
Fitness Stride and the reasons they fall are many.
The Fitness Stride!" will increase your balance, reaction,
hip flexors and overall physical well being so the chances
of falling can be reduced.

Q - Is the Fitness Stride just for your legs?

A - It was designed to be worn on the legs but people have
found different uses for the Fitness Stride
The Fitness Stride affects other parts of your body
(legs, hamstrings, lower back, stomach, heart-cardio,
hip flexors, balance, stamina, knees, quick-twitch muscle
fibers, core muscles). Just like when a person uses free
weights doing a standing curl, they hold the weights in
hands but it affects their forearms, biceps, triceps,
shoulders, back and balance.

Q - Is the Fitness Stride safe for kids?

A - Yes.

Q - What are the power bands made of?

A - 100% high grade surgical latex tubing
(with 100% memory).

Q - Can I wash the Fitness Stride?

A - Use a damp cloth to clean the Fitness Stride.
The underside is made of neoprene rubber, therefore
wiping of the moisture is fine.

Q - Can I wear the Fitness Stride during my pregnancy?

A - Yes but as with any form of exercise, one should
always consult first with their physician.

Q - How many hours a day should I wear the Fitness Stride?

A - This depends on your level of fitness, the power
band you choose and your plan for the Fitness Stride.
If working out hard using a heavy resistance, 15 to 90 minutes
may be all that's needed. If at work and you want a consistent
workout, all day is fine.

Q - Can I wear Fitness Stride while driving, practicing sports
or doing other activities?

A - Yes.

Q - How do I order?

A - You can order from us by placing an order directly through
our on-line store (www.fitnessstride.com), by calling 1-800-711-6617
or Fax 1-816-584-9066

Q - What credit cards are accepted?

A - We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards.

Q - Should I put spaces or dashes in the card number?

A - No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous
string of numbers.

Q - Is sales tax charged for all states?

A - All applicable local and state sales taxes are charged for
merchandise and shipping on orders delivered to MO.

Q - What is the return policy?

A - Merchandise is covered with a 90 day manufactures
warranty on parts and durability.

Other returns are accepted up to 30 days and will be required
to be returned complete by the customer. If you need to return
merchandise, simply follow the instructions on your packing slip.

Before shipping your merchandise back, please call Customer
Service at 1-800-711-6617 between the hours of 8am-5pm CST
(Monday-Friday) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#) number.

Q - How soon will I receive my package after I place my order?

A - Your shipping and processing time depends on the method of
shipping you select. Estimated times are listed below. Please note
that the Total Time indicates how long it should take from the time you
place your order until the time you receive your order if items are in stock.

Regular delivery: 7 - 10 business days

Rush delivery: 4 business days Express delivery: 1 - 2 business
days. We regret that some items cannot be shipped

Rush or Express: see individual product descriptions for exceptions.
Please note that if your order includes even one item that cannot be
expedited and you have selected Rush or Express delivery, the entire
order will be automatically changed to Standard delivery.
